SEALFIT Part 4

Leave your tights, weightlifting shoes and iPods at the door. In this camp, your name doesn’t go on the whiteboard. It goes on your plain white T-shirt.

This is SEALFIT’s Kokoro Camp.

On the line to accept that challenge are CrossFitters including Mikko Salo, Kristan Clever, Rob Orlando, Tommy Hackenbruck, Caity Henniger, Jimi Letchford and Greg Amundson.

In Part 4, Henniger is out with an injury, and Letchford is forced to withdraw due to medical reasons, leaving the remaining candidates to tackle a nighttime team-oriented variation of Murph.

In this version, the team can only go as fast as its weakest link, and the members of each boat crew must find ways to help the others complete the grueling workout.

Of course, the candidates are wearing loaded packs to make things even more challenging.

After the workout, Original Firebreather Greg Amundson calls the SEALFIT version of Murph the most challenging he’s ever done—and apparently Kokoro Camp is going to get even harder.
